Rates
Studies have shown the real cost of hiring and keeping a full-time assistant at your own site is 2 to 2-½ times the cost of his or her salary. Since I am an independent contractor, employers don't have to pay taxes, insurance or any fringe benefits. There's no need for extra office space or equipment. And the employer only pays for ‘time on task.’
I work with clients on a retainer basis
only.
Why Retainer basis only?
It is very important to me that I work with my
clients. Retainers help me to schedule sufficient time for
each client and still have time for those 'unexpected'
things that happen.
The retainer rate is great for those clients who are willing
to
consistently
partner with a VA .
